Three steps to your own assistant
You need neither a new website nor any technical knowledge. Your site stays exactly as it is.
Your content is read in
Website, catalogues or data sheets: I read in your existing content and build the assistant's knowledge base from it. That knowledge base sits on a server in Germany.
The assistant answers from that alone
Every answer draws exclusively on that content and links to the source. Where your content has no answer, the assistant says so honestly instead of inventing one.
One line of code on your website
Adding it is a single snippet that works with practically any website. New content is picked up automatically during the monthly update.

The usual worries about AI are justified. That is why the assistant is built so they do not arise in the first place.
No invented answers
The assistant quotes your content and links to the source right in its answer. Questions your website says nothing about are politely declined and passed on to you.
Your data stays in Germany
The knowledge base sits entirely on a server in Germany. To answer, only the single question plus the matching passages are handed to the AI model. On request, that step runs inside the EU as well.
No stored conversations
No conversation is stored on the server. The history exists only in the visitor's browser and is gone once they close the tab.

Three steps to your own website
Straightforward, without paperwork and without much effort on your side.
A free first conversation
We talk on the phone or meet at your place. You tell me what you do, and I tell you honestly what makes sense and what it costs.
I build, you review
You give me a few photos and the key facts, I take care of the rest. On request I set up the AI assistant at the same time and fill it with your content. We check in briefly along the way until everything fits.
Online in 2 to 3 weeks
Once you approve it, the website goes live. I take care of hosting, maintenance and later changes for good, and keep the assistant's knowledge current. You get back to running your business.

What customers want to know before starting
Doesn't AI sometimes make answers up?
For every question the assistant receives only the matching excerpts from your content, plus a clear instruction to answer from those alone. Every answer links to its source, so you can check it immediately. Where your website has nothing to say on a question, the assistant says so openly and points to your contact details.
What happens to my visitors' data?
No chat history is stored on the server. To produce an answer, the question is sent together with the matching passages to Anthropic's Claude API; data sent through the API is not used for training there. The knowledge base itself sits entirely on a server in Germany. If you need processing to stay inside the EU completely, that comes with the Compliance package.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. The assistant is added to your existing website with a single code snippet, whether that is WordPress, a website builder or an agency site. Your website stays unchanged. And if you do not have one yet, we simply do both together.
How does new content get into the assistant?
Once a month I sync the knowledge base with your website; that is part of the monthly fee. New pages, changed prices or additional PDFs are included automatically afterwards. If things change more often at your end, we agree on a shorter cycle.
What happens when the question allowance runs out?
Every assistant has an agreed monthly allowance of questions. Once it is used up, the assistant pauses until the next day and asks for a little patience. No unplanned costs arise for you. If it regularly runs close, we adjust the allowance together.
How long does setup take?
Usually one to two weeks from the go-ahead to the finished assistant. Beforehand you get a password-protected preview with your real content to test, and it only goes onto your website once you approve it.

Leon Meerfeld, web designer and software developer in Trier
There is no anonymous website builder behind these sites. I build every page myself, look after it long term and stay your personal contact after launch.
I am a software developer with more than seven years of professional experience, and I am rooted in this region. After training as an IT specialist at the University of Trier, I built software for banks and industrial companies across Germany. In projects like those, reliability and clean work are simply expected.
Most recently I helped build AI assistance systems for industrial companies. I am now bringing that technology to businesses and freelancers in the region: websites that load fast, get found on Google and answer customer questions themselves. And I explain everything in a way that lets you decide well, even without prior knowledge.
